The workbench reads your files and pasted text in your browser. It does not upload, publish or save them on our server. They are held in page memory, not in local storage. Closing or refreshing the page clears the working copy; downloaded files remain on your device. We do not run advertising in the editor. Visitor analytics is described below.
Requests needed to serve the website
Your browser sends ordinary connection information, including its IP address, to the hosting infrastructure. The application does not keep visitor access logs. Visitor analytics is described below. Infrastructure operated outside the application may keep security/access logs. We cannot describe those logs as nonexistent. Owner sign-in uses an essential session cookie, expires after one hour, and is protected with temporary sign-in rate limits. Security records do not contain subtitle content.
Visitor analytics
Public pages load Yandex Metrica counter 113499307 to measure visits and successful tool actions. Yandex receives device and connection information, including IP address, and may use cookies.
Our events do not include subtitle text, pasted content or filenames. Session replay, click maps, automatic link tracking and ecommerce tracking are disabled. Demonstration files are tracked separately. The owner console has no analytics counter.
You can restrict analytics through your browser settings or tracking-blocking tools. This does not restrict the subtitle editor.
Optional advertising on guides
Advertising is disabled until a publisher account and operator details are configured. If enabled, guide pages ask before loading Yandex advertising. Advertising may use cookies and device/network data for selection and measurement under Yandex’s policy. It is not needed to use the editor or read the guides. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by not loading ads. Your choice is stored locally for 180 days. You can change it through Advertising preferences below. Revoking consent reloads the page to stop the loaded scripts; existing third-party cookies can be removed in your browser.
Your choices
Do not put personal or confidential material into an untrusted browser or shared device. You can clear the working files in the editor and remove local site data using browser settings. We have no stored visitor files to retrieve or delete. Any future expansion to accounts, server-side file storage or additional data collection will require an updated policy before activation. The operator’s contact details appear here when configured; no fictitious contact address is used.
